The Counseling Heart provides non-judgmental, in-person (San Antonio) and online support for mental health counseling statewide in both Texas and Florida. We help individuals, couples, and families identify their purpose and meaning to find a life worth living. Using humanistic and strengths-based approaches, clients learn to create their own path in life. The Counseling Heart staff works collaboratively to help you find your personal sources of strength and your path for continued personal growth.

Open Path is a nonprofit organization for those who either lack health insurance or do not have adequate mental health benefits. If you are unable to pay current market rates for therapy, we encourage you to sign up with Open Path.
Consistency and commitment to treatment are necessary for the therapeutic process. The time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. Consequently, you will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation or rescheduling request is less than 24 hours. Additionally, If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
The Counseling Heart does not accept insurance at this time. However, we can accept payment using your Health Savings Account (HSA) card.
